This phenomenon expresses the existence in Mexico of a serious organic crisis, composed by a rationality deficit in the economic intervention of the state (more than three decades without economic growth) and a lack of state legitimacy. This led the country to unprecedented levels of violence and public insecurity, in a context of secular economic stagnation. |
